Robot Vacuum Error Desk is an informational troubleshooting site. We do not require user accounts, sell products, or ask visitors to upload robot logs, serial numbers or payment information to use the public guides.

Information you choose to send

Guide feedback can open your own email application using a mailto: link when a feedback address is configured. Nothing is submitted to our server merely by selecting a feedback option. If you choose to send an email, the message and the email address you use are received through normal email infrastructure and are used to read, respond to, investigate or correct the issue you reported.

Technical data and hosting

Like most websites, the hosting, security and delivery providers used to operate this site may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser/device information, requested URL, timestamps and diagnostic logs for security, reliability and delivery. We do not publish those logs as user profiles.

External manufacturer links

Guides link to manufacturer support centers and other external resources. When you follow an external link, that destination applies its own privacy and cookie practices. Robot Vacuum Error Desk does not control the data practices of iRobot, Roborock, Shark, eufy, Dreame, ECOVACS, Narwal or other external sites.
